Refund and Dispute Policy

At CODIVOR LLC, doing business as Codivor Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing reliable VPS hosting services. To ensure transparency and build trust, we have established the following refund and dispute policy.


1. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final.
    Due to the nature of our services (digital, on-demand VPS provisioning), we do not offer refunds once a service is activated.
  • Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:
    • If the VPS service cannot be provisioned due to technical limitations on our end.
    • If you are charged in error or experience duplicate billing.
    • If a refund is required by law or payment processor (e.g. Stripe).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Dispute Policy

  • If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • Please do not file a chargeback without first contacting us. We are happy to investigate and resolve any legitimate billing issues.
  • Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
    • Immediate suspension of your account
    • Permanent service termination
    • Denial of future business
